I Primary offense

The offense at conviction whose total points recommend the most severe sanction. Search to auto-fill the severity level, or set it manually.

Scored as level

II Additional offenses

Any other offense convicted and pending at sentencing. Multiple counts of one offense go on a single row. Misdemeanors are level M.

III Victim injury

Enter the number of assessments for each injury category (scored per victim and per offense resulting in injury).

IV Prior record

Prior convictions (adult or juvenile, in/out of state). Score attempts/solicitations/conspiracies one level below; enter the already-scored level. Misdemeanors are level M.

V Legal status violation

VI Community sanction violation

Enter the number of successive violations in each category (probation, community control, or pretrial intervention/diversion).

VII Firearm possession

Possession during the offense (do not assess where possession is an element, e.g., felon in possession, or for §775.087(2)/(3) offenses).
